Scholarship Opportunity: Southwestern Michigan College

We've partnered with Southwestern Michigan College to offer a new one-course scholarship!

SMC-bound students living in a home that receives MEC fiber internet service are eligible to apply to have their tuition covered for SMC's Intro to Computer Technology (ISYS 110) course. The course covers operating systems, word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, electronic mail, networks, using the internet, and the impact of computing and the internet on society.

Students can apply for the scholarship on SMC's website. Please note that children of MEC employees and board members are not eligible to apply.
