Fred Turk

Fred began service as an MEC Director in 2014 and lives in Decatur with his wife, Grace. He represents customers living in Decatur, Hamilton, Penn, Porter (Van Buren County), Marcellus and Volina Townships in Michigan and represents MEC on the Michigan Electric Cooperative Association (MECA) Board of Directors.

In 2023 Fred amassed 132 hours of service as an MEC director, including customer interactions; MEC board, committee and strategic planning meetings; and Michigan Electric Cooperative Association board meetings.
