Broadband Nutrition Labels
To help customers better understand what they are paying for and getting from internet service providers (ISPs), the FCC requires ISPs to display labels called Broadband Nutrition Labels. These labels, which mimic nutrition labels on food, offer a standardized and easy-to-read format that tells you important information about a plan's introductory pricing, speeds, contract terms, additional fees, and more. The labels also enable customers to do apples-to-apples comparisons among providers.
Midwest Energy & Communications (MEC) has always been transparent in our pricing and communication, and we are proud to share our labels with you.
Per FCC regulations, here is a machine-readable, downloadable .csv file of our labels.
