MEC fiber internet subscribers now have access to two new features:

Legacy Wi-Fi Device Alert
You'll get an alert if a new device connects to your network that uses outdated Wi-Fi technology. Devices with outdated technology may not get the same performance as other devices, or they may cause your network to perform worse overall. To learn more about alerts and where to find them, click here.

Billing Portal URL
CommandIQ's Contact Support page now includes a link to SmartHub. To access the Contact Support page, tap the gear icon in the bottom right corner and tap Contact Support.

If you have automatic updates turned on for your CommandIQ app, you're good to go. If you don't, head to your phone's app store now to download the update.
