Propane Tank Ownership

It is illegal for Midwest Energy & Communications (or any other supplier) to fill propane tanks of any size or capacity that is owned by another company.  We are required to have on file, at our office, a copy of a bill of sale (receipt) confirming ownership.  If you are unable to supply proof of ownership, you must complete and return the attached information before any deliveries can be made to your home or business.
