These tips will help you stay safe and warm all winter long.
Monitor Your Tank Levels
Call us at 800-492-5989 when you reach 30%.
This gives us enough time to deliver your gas and will prevent you from paying $200 or more for an emergency fill.
Delivery Programs
Our delivery programs can help you avoid emergency fills:
- Auto Fill: We estimate your tank levels and schedule deliveries based on information about your home and appliances.
- Seasonal Fill: We schedule one or two deliveries annually – one in August, and a potential second in February.
- Remote Monitor: Recommended for seasonal residents or those with alternative heat sources, pool heaters, standby generators, or other unique circumstances. We install a monitor on your tank to track readings and schedule deliveries as needed.

Safety Tips
Please note: A propane truck is about two feet wider than a passenger car. If we can’t navigate your driveway, we cannot fill your tank.
- Remove snow and ice from your driveway and any inclines.
- Mark the location of underground tanks and provide a clear pathway.
- Make sure your service address is clearly visible from the road.
- Clear any snow, ice, debris, plants, low-hanging trees, or other obstacles from the areas around and on your tank, equipment, and piping. Snow and ice can break gas connections and cause a leak.
- Clear snow and ice from your chimney, rooftop, and all gas appliances vented through the roof or walls to prevent fumes from getting trapped in your home.
- Ensure your propane-powered equipment (such as your furnace) is working correctly with regular checkups.

We have two solutions centers (Cassopolis and Paw Paw) and two delivery facilities (Gobles and White Cloud) that keep our propane customers warm all season long.
While our Gobles and White Cloud delivery facilities are not open to the public, they do enable us to better serve our west central Michigan customers.
